At Alihan's, meals are prepared the same way our family used to cook at our restaurant in Istanbul: all-natural, fresh, and from ingredients of the best quality.

Just like his father, Alihan puts his heart into everything he does.
At Alihan's no processed foods or preservatives are used to prepare your meals. Only fresh hand-picked vegetables, meats, and seafood of the highest quality make their way into our kitchen.
We use free-range eggs, whole milk, and cream from local grass-fed cows. Even the lemon juice for our house salad dressings is freshly squeezed and never from concentrate.

SPICES imported from Turkey
When it comes to preparing authentic Mediterranean meals, spices are essential. Traditional red crushed pepper from the city of Kahramanmaras used for Turkish kebabs can't be replaced with any other.
That is why at Alihan's we do not compromise and purchase all our spices from an original Turkish supplier.

HOUSE-MADE desserts
Nothing beats the taste of a fine homemade dessert with a short list of natural ingredients. That's exactly how we make them - from scratch in our kitchen, just like at home. Some of them cannot be prepared in advance and are cooked upon your order.

Turkish tea - Çay - is a big chapter of our restaurant's story: the tea we serve comes from the city of Rize where our family has a huge tea garden. All owners of tea gardens put the harvested tea leaves together, process them, package them and sell them around the world. Profit goes back to the community.
The brewing process requires a special teapot called Çaydanlık that makes the authentic taste of Turkish tea.
A glass of freshly brewed tea is always ready.
