At Alihan's, meals are prepared the same way our family used to cook at our restaurant in Istanbul: all-natural, fresh, and from ingredients of the best quality. Alihan grew up in his father's kitchen where he learned everything naturally by observing, tasting, and loving food. At that time, he had no idea that one day he would become a chef himself. Just like his father, Alihan puts his heart into everything he does.

When it comes to preparing authentic Mediterranean meals, spices are essential. Traditional red crushed pepper from the city of Kahramanmaras used for Turkish kebabs can't be replaced with any other. That is why at Alihan's we do not compromise and purchase all our spices from an original Turkish supplier.

All our meat and poultry are sourced locally from trusted halal suppliers. We truly believe that freshness is the key. That's why we carefully maintain our meat and poultry inventory and shop small to ensure it is never frozen.
